Ms. Kirpalani is a woman on a mission to transform healthcare. With more than a decade of experience, she is passionate about leading teams through change that results in sustainable growth. As a strategist, she has helped define, launch and drive strategic and operational initiatives, serving as a trusted executive and Board advisor and leading enterprise-wide cross-functional teams in strategic planning initiatives.
Ms. Kirpalani’s strengths lie in her expertise of the evolving healthcare industry landscape and her ability to align strategy with operational discipline and execution. Known for her relationship building skills, collaborative leadership style and values-based approach to strategy, she thrives in driving results when faced with ambiguity and the “unknown unknowns.”
In 2017, Ms. Kirpalani founded her own boutique healthcare strategy consulting firm designed to help middle market technology-enabled firms with strategy development, implementation and execution. Previously, Ms. Kirpalani managed corporate strategy and corporate development initiatives at Premier, Inc., a publicly traded healthcare company.
Prior to joining Premier, Ms. Kirpalani spearheaded strategy, capacity building and operational initiatives for Impact America (formerly Impact Alabama), a non-profit organization headquartered in Birmingham, AL.
Ms. Kirpalani is a magna cum laude graduate of Wake Forest University, where she was a George Foster Hankins Scholar. She also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a MBA from Wake Forest University, where she was a recipient of the Selected Professions Fellowship from the American Association of University Women. She is an active member of Leadership Charlotte, Healthtech Women and the Wake Forest University Alumni network in Charlotte, NC.
